Yury, a proud local from Pérez Zeledón, loves to spend her free time organizing big family parties and reunions—often with more than 100 relatives—to celebrate their roots, have fun together, and never forget where they come from. Yury is our Restaurant & Bar Manager. With the hotel’s support, she has accessed ongoing training, books, and learning spaces that have fueled her professional growth. She’s now completing advanced English courses, a milestone that will elevate her performance and leadership on the floor and behind the bar.
